It's official! We are NOW OPEN and it started off with a bang! The Grand Opening of City View by the James took place on Wednesday, March 30, 2011 and was the host to over 200 guests. Featuring some of the areas finest caterers, guests enjoyed sampling delicious appetizers, tasting amazing cakes and dancing to the tunes from one of the areas best DJ's.
